At Timecreation, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our clocks and products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Time creation clock, we offer a return and refund policy to address your concerns. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility:

You may return your timecreation clock within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

The clock must be in its original state and condition.

The mounting system must not be used.

Please note that custom clocks and clocks obtained with a Timecreation Club voucher are non-refundable.

Return Shipping and Costs:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the clock. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as Timecreation is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit. The original shipping cost will not be refunded in the case of a partial return.

Safe Wall Mounting System:

The Safe Wall Mounting System can also be returned following the same policy as clock returns. However, partial returns for the Safe Wall Mounting System are not possible.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Write your full shipping details on the package, as per your original order.

Include a note inside the package with your order number.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned package, we will confirm your cancellation and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned clock. However, we will make every effort to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
